It doesn't even go by how many people are using the distro or visiting
the distro's homepage. It's just about how many people visit the
distro's page on distrowatch, which...I don't really have the
impression distrowatch is a site normal people care about...just geeks
wanting to watch the (pretty meaningless) stats.
