[DC LoCo] report on Citadel

Today I installed citadel-suite on an Ubuntu 12.04 computer using the
Ubuntu packages.  At the end of the installation process, it said that
the citadel server can't start.  The situation I experienced is
reflected in

 I didn't find any solution to the problem, so I un-installed.  I plan
to install the latest version (i.e. not from Ubuntu repository).

As I mentioned earlier, I registered for an account with
uncensored.citadel.org.  I tested accessing my account via IMAP in
Thunderbird and that works well.  It even shows my tasks, contacts,
calendar, and notes as IMAP mailboxes.
