[DC LoCo] report on Citadel

I installed Citadel just now on my Kubuntu 12.10.  Install was
flawless.  Citadel is running perfectly.  It does not exhibit any of
the problems listed in the bug nor in the threads on citadel's site.

Your version of Ubuntu uses libcurl version 7.22 and 12.10 has updated
the package to version 7.27.  There doesn't seem to be a PPA anywhere
for curl, so for you to test this, you may need to compile curl
yourself.  I just downloaded the current version and compiled it with
no errors or problems.  You should be able to replace libcurl this way
and test if it fixes the problem.

An alternative is try the current version of citadel from their own
PPA, since the version of citadel that you are having problems with is
7.86 and the current stable version of citadel is 8.14.
