[DC LoCo] DC LoCo Flyer Design

Hello all!

So, the idea for a flyer to advertise the LoCo team has been bandied 
about, and I have been asked to possibly design said public literature.  
It's a little difficult for me to design something cold, so let's start 
with getting a consensus on what exactly do we want this flyer to say 
about us?  So...

1. What is the goal of the flyer?
2. What info do we want to appear on the flyer?
3. How do we want that info organized?
4. What kind of graphic use are we considering? Heavy? Light? Somewhere 
in the middle?

Let's bounce around some general ideas, and then we can start to tighten 
things up.
