Thanks to everyone - who once again came to the aid of a learner,
looking for
help in learning, in this case, how this particular OS operates.
Who knows: 59 isn't /really/ as ancient as I once thought; I might even
give learning
how to write code a whirl --- I've always felt that you're a meaningful
contributor
and useful member of society when you tend to help solve problems,
rather than
add to them -- and as long as I continue daily to learn, even a little,
the day's not been wasted, entirely....
