Multiple audio devices and hotplug troubles.

Thank you very much Lee and Daniel for the details of how to deal with 
that issue. I archived your replies Daniel :

This option is not so trivial unless you know alsa from the inside and I 
would not had found it easyly, nor could I remind of it in details later 
on. Hope this will get fixed for nexts K/Ubuntus and Linux in general as 
well.
