[Dapper] - networking notworking

I have an old 800 MHZ celeron desktop that ran breezy just fine. I
decided to install Dapper on it so as to help with testing.

I installed using the february 3 daily build ISO image.

Post install, networking is not working. Is this a known issue? I use
a Davicomm ethernet card, and that connects to the LAN at my office.

If I can provide debugging info, or system info, please let me know
what is needed and how I can provide it.
