VMWare on Dapper ??

I took your advice and downloaded the same build you reported
as working.

What's up with this "undefined symbol: gdk_cairo_create" business?

My gtk2-engines-mist appears to be the latest version,
2.7.4-0ubuntu1.  From Googling around, it looks like I
need gtk+-2.8.  How did you get around this?
