Install Linux on it, store 'install' CD in ROM drive, donate it, through nominee suggested by active list members, to a person you and they commission to place it where genuinely needed in Asia, Africa, near/middle East, or any other area. Park your influence there now! Don't wait for the parachute drop of generators and PCs, or solar powered machines.
