brother 2040 printer - where's lpadmin?

Followed this thread [1] in the ubuntuforums when I installed my printer
on Breezy.  Just tried it again for Dapper and getting error at the
cups wrapper install stage:

$ sudo dpkg -i cupswrapperhl2040_1.0.0-1_i386.deb

installed.)

Any ideas?  I can't find the package lpadmin is in.  I installed lpr
and lprng with no luck.
