install CD and fresh installation crashing on launch

Thanks Peter. I hadn't seen that exact page, though I had found the same
basic info elsewhere. The problem that I had at the time was that when I
went to run 'sudo nvidia-glx-config enable' I was getting file not found.

Anyway, As I said in a different post, I did get the issue resolved. It
turns out it was not a video issue at all. I had forgotten that I upgraded
this system to an Athlon 64 a year or so, so I was using the wrong ISO. Once
I got the right ISO, things started working better.
