CUPS printer driver modification

Did you try Gutenprint or Gimp print drivers? If not google it. They
have excellent drivers for a lot of Epson models. If you are lucky you
will find a compatible driver. My epson printer works way better than
the original windows driver. Installation also was very easy.
Download the driver, double click. Connect the printer. Hope you 
find your printer listed.
