Should I buy a new graphics card or a new computer?

Synaptic (software sources) -> "Proprietary drivers for devices 
(restricted)" are checked.

When I look in "sources.list", I see:
jaunty main restricted
jaunty-updates main restricted

jaunty universe
jaunty-updates universe

jaunty multiverse
jaunty-updates multiverse

jaunty partners
jaunty-updates partners

and jaunty-security for the above.

Looks like software sources should be ok?
