That looks right - somehow you've enabled /dev/sdb as your CD (or more 
likely your floppy).

First, disable the floppy.  There's no need for it, and you can always add 
it later if you want.  If you actually have a USB floppy, you want to access 
it via the USB options, not the Floppy options, anyway.

Then, enable the CD simply by selecting "CD/DVD-ROM" and checking the "Mount 
CD/DVD Drive" and "Host CD/DVD Drive" boxes.
