preseed locale/keyboard layout

Hello,

At work we're moving from Windows to Linux and I'm working in a
unattended installation server for ubuntu/kubuntu karmic.

Everything works great. We have a few people testing Karmic and
they're pretty happy with it.

The only remaining problem I have is preseeding keyboard layout.

We live in Argentina and the locale is correctly set, but the keyboard
layout seems to be fixed to latam. Unfortunately, in Argentina, 99% of
the keyboards are with spanish layout.

I tried these settings in preseed.cfg:

d-i debian-installer/locale string es_AR
d-i console-keymaps-at/keymap select es

d-i languagechooser/language-name-fb select Spanish
d-i debian-installer/locale select es_AR.UTF-8

And these in "append" in pxelinux.cfg:

priority=critical
debian-installer/locale=es_AR.UTF-8
console-keymaps-at/keymap=es
console_setup/layoutcode=es

Is there anything I'm missing? Is kb layout fixed to locale?

Many thanks in advance,
Norberto
