ssh can not login

Try hunting for why ssh might hang after SSH2_MSG_KEXINIT sent or not
find an SSH2_MSG_KEXINIT received message.

My best guess is that the server has a firewall that is preventing you
logging in. If it’s your server, make sure port 22 is open.
