Nautilus

Hi,
I recently received a message from nautilus telling me that one of my
drives was close to full.  
The partition in question was an ntfs partition on which I had
temporarily stored some information before copying on to a portable hard
drive.

Ever since that message that drive shows on the desktop, but Nautilus
lists it as empty.
As this is a dual boot system windows shows the drive correctly with its
contents as they should be.

Ideas and thoughts please?  I have not been able to find anything that
matches this situation by googling
