Hi,
Thanks for posting the screenshots.
I already installed CompizConfig Settings Manager.
(is one of the 1st things I install after installing OS)
My Compiz settings don't have all the options yours does:

Any other ideas?
If I run: "compiz --replace" in a terminal,
then the bottom panel works temporary.
(can drag&drop the list of open applications on the panel)
