How to upgrade ubuntu 10.04 to 10.10

Hi Everyone,

I Installed UBUNTU 10.04 inside windows, now i want to upgrade from ubuntu
10.04 to 10,10 or recent version(not only kernel version , complete gui and
everything i want to change), without uninstalling the currently installed
ubuntu,how can i do this , please help to do this
