No Wireless Interface detected - Dell Inspiron 15 - 3521

Hi!

Just installed Ubuntu 14.04 (64-bit) on a Dell Inspiron 15 - 3521 system.
The network-manager doesn't show "Enable Wireless" at all. Bluetooth is
working.
Here are various observations:

network-manager                         :- No mention of "Wireless"
interfaces
iwconfig                                      :- lists only 'lo' and 'eth0'
ifconfig                                       :- lists only 'lo' and 'eth0'
/etc/network/interfaces                 :- Nothing of 'wlan0' or the likes

dmesg                                        :- Product: BCM43142A0
                                                     Manufacturer: Broadcom
Corp

lshw -C network                           :- Broadcom.. and related
lspci|grep Network                        :- Broadcom.. and related

How to get Wireless Networking to work? Please help
