Windows 8 isn't all bad. Configure the QuickLaunch & Desktop toolbars,
or even go and install a replacement Start Menu, remove all the Modern
apps from the Start screen then ignore it completely, and it's a good,
solid, fast release of the Vista family.

Better still, update it to 8.1 - it's a free upgrade - and try the
wireless under that.
