I just did a test download, via the WiFi at a friend's house, of
LibreOffice_4.2.1_Win_x86.msi. Time taken was about 39 seconds.

Assuming that the people in question are on some sort of broadband, what
the hell does it matter whether the download is 50MB, 100MB, 220MB or
500MB? Answer:- it's of no significance at all.

So we can take it then that you're going to contact MS this week, and
get them to fix all the problems with their file formats?
