This is quite good, and thorough:

It is not too basic, I think, and it covers some fairly exotic stuff,
too, so it might be a good place for you to start. It covers routing,
tunnelling, queueing, bridging, traffic control etc.
The "ip-*" man pages are also good. ip(8) will give you an overview.
