Ubuntu desktop - can't login

You had not replied exactly what happened, it might have rejected the
password for example.  In fact almost certainly you are logging in and
then gnome is failing and logging you out again.

Click on the settings cog next to the Signin button on the password
screen.  What options are there and which is selected.  Try the
others.  That may not be a solution but may give more information.

I don't see the log attachment.
