Anyone knows how to get streamlink 1.5 installed on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?

After reading a bit more I found this:
https://streamlink.github.io/install.html#pypi-package-and-source-code

This tells you how to install streamlink for the current user only and
gets the latest release version.
Command to use:

pip install --upgrade --user streamlink

I did this and now streamlink -V reports:

$ streamlink -V
streamlink 1.5.0

All good to go, now I will figure out if they have fixed the stream
rewing issue.
