Um.
I know little of this stuff but I see no basis for that assumption.
OStree: a Red Hat tool for OS deployment <- nothing to do with Qt
Git: a cross-platform distributed revision control system, designed
for Linux <- nothing to do with Qt, RH, or OStree

"Code" is not a product name. The product you are referring to, I
guess, is Microsoft VS Code for Linux. Its name is "VS Code". "VS" is
short for "Visual Studio".
