Qt on Xubuntu 20.04

Hi Mark,

I have dabbled with Qt in the past. I will do so again, in the future.

I had this problem the last time round. I had a look at my emails and I got
this helpful message on accu-general:-



*You need the html documentation (install the corresponding packages)
forall the examples you want to find/see in qtcreator.*
