Memory leaks in Ubuntu 20 kernel?

Small update in case anyone read this.

I took two systems and downgraded them to 4.4.0-210-generic
and took two other systems and upgraded them to 5.8.0-41-generic
and rebooted all other utility systems that are running 5.4.0-65-generic

And will monitor memory usage to see if there is any effects, probably
take several days to weeks to see solid trend lines build.
