New M/B-CPU refuses to boot

I reset the PROM (removed and reinstalled the battery on the mobo), and
plugged in both an HDMI monitor and my main (DVI-HDMI 2k) monitor, and it
responds on the smaller HDMI screen.

Still can't boot, and when I try to boot the flash drive, it reads the
drive and then hangs at the underscore cursor prompt.

Still lost here...
