Ubuntu is based on Debian, so in large part the documentation on the Debian 
site (https://www.debian.org/) might be helpful.  Otherwise, Linux is pretty 
much Linux.  If you are familar with RHEL (or CentOS), things are not terribly 
different under Ubuntu.  Stuff like the GUI *look* different.  Ubuntu uses apt 
for its package management (instead of dnf or yum), which is a little 
different but it is not hard to get used to the difference.

There is the Ask Ubuntu forum site and this mailling list, plus stack 
exchange as additional resources.
