location of drivers and info for USB tethered cell phone modems

I have a consumer cellular phone that seems to work when I plug
it in on Ubuntu 18. I recently bought this,

that requires user input to select a carrier for the USB WAN. It does
have a manual mode but no option for consumer cellular. I was going to 
try to dig the info out of the ubunty drivers.  Any idea where to start
downloading source code?
