Nowadays Firefox provides a Mozilla Account, and you can use it to
keep most of FF sync'd between devices.

I've noticed one item that does not sync is denied cookies (?)
policies. That is, if I block social media cookies, like facebook.com
and tweeter.com, on one machine, they do not sync to other machines. I
have to manually block them on all machines.
