25.04: Upgrade temporarily offered, but not anymore

Only one of the four bugs is ready (Fix Released) yet, while the other
three have patches ready they need to be tested on 7 architectures for
quite a bunch of flavours and variations of install variants before
being rolled out ...

The underlying changes in apt that caused all this are really
singificant (dropping of the old established sources.list format in
favour of deb822 source.list.d entries, a complete re-design of the
package dependency resolver), these need to be handled very careful and
need a lot of testing before they will be considered fully fixed ...

I assume most people prefer to wait a week more than to end up without
a desktop after upgrade ;)
