This is generally not possible directly; it's moderately likely to
result in weird library conflicts, either straight away or later.
The safe approach to this is to backport the package from 24.04 to 22.04
in a dedicated repository, or get somebody to do it for you and commit
to keeping it up to date in response to security updates. (I can do
this kind of thing on a paid-consulting basis; contact me off-list if
you're interested in that.)
