New 24.10 installation... ZFS or LVM ? (I will use encryption)

Hello!
Aha, "experimental", that's probably why I didn't care to look further
into ZFS.
My understanding is that ZFS requires much RAM to be used efficiently.
I do have 64 GB on my workstation, I just may fire up a Virtualbox and
lab a bit.
May come back with questions... ;-)
