The one anacron report I get has for its subject:

Anacron job 'cron.weekly' on rigel.htt-consult.com

clearly says as its first line:

/etc/cron.weekly/geoipupdate:

It was just that in all my logwatch reports, there was no nice 
identifying info.  But with 00logwatch being in /etc/cron.daily, I 
REALLY should have known to look in /etc/crontab.

Sigh.
