Hello!

Nah, was just curious as to what sort of environment could use so
little RAM!

Wayland is leaner than x11, then?

sorin at lanfear2:~$ echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE
x11
sorin at lanfear2:~$ echo $DESKTOP_SESSION
plasma
sorin at lanfear2:~$ echo $XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP
KDE

I'm stubbornly hanging on to x11... :-}
Anyway, above works well with my 32 GB RAM on work laptop and the 64 GB
RAM on my WFH workstation.
