No it is not...
it needs sudo
so:
sudo etherwake a4:ae:12:7f:4d:c3
or ยด
sudo wakeonlan a4:ae:12:7f:4d:c3
In fact sudo apt install etherwake will also install wakeonlan I don't know what
is the difference...
