Good evening,

CC: Ubuntu user Technical Support

I have a problem with the International Edition - Linux Keyboard
(FRAKDW00BC).

The Apostrophe Key (the key immediately left of the enter key) does NOT
generate

the correct hexcode (U+0027). This key is used heavily in scripting as
part of Linux.

A good example of how much can be seen in the .bashrc file.

How do I fix this problem?

I tried using the QR code on the keyboard box but the code yields ¨NOT
FOUND¨

My confirmation number is #R169202732. The unit is a Framework 16 DIY.

I am includin Ubuntu user technical support, simply for reference and in

case they have a solution, from a prior report and to make the Ubuntu
community

aware that there is a problem with the keyboard.

Thanks,

Jay
