New Icon - but doesnt activate anything

IBus is a keyboard input method manager, the panel icon usually lets
you switch between keyboard layouts/languages ...

I'm not a Kubuntu user, so I do not know why/how that icon started
showing up there after an update, but it sounds like a bug to me if you
did not actually pick to be able to use different input methods.
