New Icon - but doesnt activate anything

The same thing happened in my Kubuntu 22.04 virtual machine after
grabbing updates yesterday. I believe the program is for
language-translation, but have no idea why an icon for it suddenly
appeared in the system tray.

This should probably also go to the kubuntu-users list since it might
be a Kubuntu-only issue. Hopefully, I've properly added them in with
this reply.
