Deja-Dup password problem

While I'm not familiar with the "app"...

I thought asking how to remove/reinstall was a basic question.. As I
said, not familiar with the App, so I don't know if  I would have
throught there would be a way to access the "password" in question...

So maybe he didn't even think to  go down that pathway, even though he
 may have researched the issue..

just sayin..
