Acer One 11 Laptop BIOS update

I have a Samsung Chromebook with Celeron N3050 that is currently running
Linux Mint 22.2 XFCE. I used the instructions on MrChromebox website
to update the bios for UEFI boot. Perhaps this will solve your problem.
Until I used this procedure to modify the bios I was also unable to install
via usb boot any linux software. I have run Ubuntu 24.01 but find that
Linux Mint XFCE is a better desktop and faster than Gnome.
