long shot -- not really ubuntu

hi.

quiet day today, so thought I'd post a long shot question.

Does anyone here deal with the dev side of open source apps? I'm
looking into how remote "teams" set up quick/dirty dev/review
processes using online/web tools.

I'm thinking...
 Githib could be repos/version control.
vsdev (ms) could be local app to tie into repos, allowing for
review/comments/etc
and a webapp would track the "status" of the filesprocess. reviewers
would update the ongoing status.

As I said, I know, ubuntu, but -- nothings being posted!

comments welcome

thanks
