GNUCash problem with missing register columns ** FIXED**

That's very surprising. There's no way I would suspect that, setting this  
specific issue aside, GnuCash's surprising column resizing mechanism,  
specifically how the "Description" column works in that context, is stock  
widget toolkit functionality.
