Short Cut menu opening and icon in tray issues after switching to Wayland

I recently posted about some issues after moving from X11 to Wayland. 
I had to run down a lot of little issues but I seem to have those figured 
out.

Two things Im still seeing often: When I launch Brave browser the Short Cut
screen under System Settings and if I pull a tab off any of the browsers I 
use
the icon in the tray is the Waydroid icon. The short cut menu is a 
repeatable,
every time I start the browser it happen but the icon switching seems to be
random. Or .. I dont notice it when I pull that tab out because Im usually 
doing
something and when done with that tab - I close that window. 

The first time I switched from x11 to wayland I had the same issue with 
short
cut menu and when I switched back - had no problem until I switched back
to wayland.

What and where would I troubleshoot this?
