this is only relevant if you use Secure Boot.

I always disable Secure Boot via the “BIOS” (UEFI) settings.

fwupd probably informs you about the update, but there is also other
software that updates the Secure Boot Forbidden Signature Database. I do
not install such software and would remove it if it were installed as a
default package by a distribution.
