[ubuntu-za] USB devices (camera) in Edgy

The reason I was wondering is because if the fstab entry contains a umask
option then it could affect normal users, but not root.

Having that entry wouldn't be a problem if you use the noauto option.

Then again, I don't know whether fstab is really the problem here. It was
just a stab in the dark, if you'll excuse the pun ;)

Nevertheless, you could try to create an entry and see if it works. Other
than that, I'm not sure what would cause the problem, since I've never gone
into too much detail with this type of thing.
