yeah I found that to be the case at get together's too!  You do need to 
have someone who can direct the events and control the meeting.  I'm not 
sure how that can be addressed.  I was hoping that having the 
laptop/computer connected to a projector will have everyone's attention 
rather than have a few people crowded around on station and the others 
losing out.  That maybe a bit naive?

I'm sure there are members here who have attended successful workshops?  
How have these been conducted?
