OK, here's something I guess I should have seen before.
When I do a channel scan in TVtime, this message appears in syslog:
"ubuntu kernel: [  150.553113] tuner-simple 0-004b: i2c i/o error: rc ==
-5 (should be 4)".

This is, as they say, "bo my vuurmaak plek". How do I go about fixing
this?
